All services are performed by licensed and qualified electricians. Due to the nature of electrical work, refunds for completed services are generally not available once the work has been performed.
2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Customers may cancel or reschedule appointments at least 24 hours in advance without penalty.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
3. Errors or Service Issues
If you are dissatisfied with the quality of work performed:

We will review the work and take appropriate action, which may include corrections or adjustments at no additional cost.
Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis if a resolution cannot be achieved.
4. Estimates & Quotes
Estimates provided prior to service are non-binding and may change if additional work or materials are required. Payment adjustments due to scope changes will be discussed before work begins.
